*Sourcing candidates in IT brand using different channels (web-site, social networks, direct methods with extensive Boolean expertise)
* Screening applications according to the specified requirements
* Supporting recruitment team with administration tasks
* Managing candidate database
* Participating in all stages of a recruitment process
* Contacting candidates

Responsibilities:
* Supporting the store manager in generating revenue
* Providing a friendly and helpful service to customers
* Demonstrating good product knowledge to customers on promotions and offers
* Approaching customers that may require assistance
* Creating eye-catching displays
* Carrying out stock replenishment
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the store
* Providing cover in other areas during periods of holidays and sickness

Personal achievements:
* My presence and initiative visibly helped to improve the quality of communication within the team of volunteers.

The camps were organised biannually. The participants are aged 14-18. One of the camps in 2013 had international participants.

My duties included:
* Taking primary responsibility for the health, well-being and happiness of participants of the camp.
* Helping camp staff maintain discipline during each activity.
* Providing opportunities for the group so that each individual experiences success while at the camp.
* Being aware of participants’ dietary/medical needs.
* Supervising participants during snacks/meals periods and drop off/pick up periods.
* Supervise participants during the recreational, special outing and evening activities periods.
* Planning recreational and evening activities.
* Leading groups from one activity to the next in an orderly manner.
* Attending training sessions and regular meetings.
* Keeping accurate records, incident reports; report immediately to camp director.
* Other duties as assigned.
