I am responsible for managing team to ensure that all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time in accordance with client service level agreements and agreed quality standards.

I am responsible for:
Assisting team members in meeting their individual objectives
Ensuring adequate cover on team for sick or annual leave
Ensuring appropriate allocation and sharing of work within team
Developing communication within the team on a day to day basis
resolving complex queries
Ensuring documentation exists for any client-specific procedures etc

Ensuring operational readiness including relevant process documentation and training received
Performing daily, weekly or monthly finance and/or accounting activities/tasks in a timely and accurate manner under the direction of the management.

I was responsible for calculating the net asset values of funds by performing daily accounting related functions to ensure funds prices are accurate and delivered to the client in a timely fashion. I was the central point of contact for all accounting support functions and analyses the information received making sure any discrepancy is monitored and resolved professionally.
