• taking any necessary actions to maintain and reinforce the quality of these operational contact
• participating in service status meetings of the delivery organization as well as supporting the Service Manager in the service status meetings held with the customer
• providing information and analysis related to the services delivered to customer
• raising requirements to the relevant delivery organization functions in order to improve efficiency
• providing the Service Manager with the reports on workload monitoring
• participating in customer meetings upon the Service Manager request
• describe the activities taking place that ensure the account/process is compliance
• manage Issue & APAR Management process and also Risk Management process

Coordinate the involving teams for a faster resolution of ongoing incidents.
Driving resolution of the critical and com-plex incidents with the serious impact for the business.
Leading the technical teams to the permanent resolution of the problem.
Shift Leader (since 1.10.2015): /Additional job responsibility/ Prioritizing and distributing tasks to the team. Checking the progress of tasks’ statuses. Being accountable for the team. Participating in the meetings with TL and Manager to discuss ongoing procedures and to create new ones. Being Focal Point for the team.
