1st, 2nd and 3rd line support Network Engineer/Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Participation in KT and service setup of newly created Network Operation Center
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd level of support for Atos France (technology: CISCO switches, routers, ASA firewalls and ACE load-balancers; BIG-IP F5; H3C (HP); Fortigate; Juniper; Checkpoint)
- Analyzing of reoccurring errors and testing data networks (Problem Management)
- Implementing standard and non-standard requests (Change Management)
- Real-time monitoring and reacting to issues occurring in the network (Incident Management)
- Team Leader of 2nd/3rd line support team
