- Explain changes in project forecast, provide input to establish regional plans for financial years to come,
- Work with the project managers to ensure that project accounting systems are properly loaded with the award P&L data and that all activities are correctly budgeted
- Monitor activities from other operational organization in relationship to projects (Engineering, Business development, Bid and Quote etc.)
- Create profit improvement and cost reduction plans that will be continually monitored, processed and updated,
- Responsible for accurate Profit and Loss accounting
- Support project teams in all financial questions (first contact for invoicing, tax, and liquidated damages claims etc.),
- Take part in pre-approving contract variations
- Derive revenue recognition statement with reference to the contract, Motorola Accounting policies and ensure that this is applied throughout the life of the contract
- Provide Analysis of the monthly budget performance, investigating any variances during the month end process.

- Maintaining projects in Oracle according to the company policies and procedures,
- Issuing and reviewing client invoices to ensure they are in accordance with the contract terms,
- Monitoring project balances on Accounts Receivable, Work in Progress and Billing In Excess accounts, - Analysing and verifying completeness and accuracy of project data, revenue and cost budgets/forecasts,
- Provides month-end reporting on project performance including gross margin variances,
- Contacting other departments and outside suppliers and clients to resolve pending issues,
- Supporting supervisor in review of the team work and various ad hoc non-standard tasks as requested,
- Participates in internal and external audit.

- Analysing and posting accruals and provisions related to Retail business (GL part),
- Analysing convenience retail income - actuals vs plan,
- Responsible for activities related to fixed Assets,
- preparing 'ad hoc' reports for appropriate departments/businesses,
- providing statistical reports related to expenditures and revenues of Retail business,
- responsible for other activities (taking part in month-end closure activities, operational calls; resolve process issues with help of other teams; deliver appropriate documentation for audit request).

- analysing prices related to Inventory,
- preparing reports regarding slow moving or non-moving materials and posting provisions,
- responsible for production order variances activities - checking the correctness of prices and bill of material structure,
- analysing and posting COSA adjustments,
- preparing 'ad hoc' Inventory reports for appropriate departments/businesses,
- providing statistical reports related to Inventory quantities and values for relevant agencies,
- responsible for other Stock Valuation activities (taking part in month-end closure activities, operational calls; resolve process issues with help of other teams; deliver appropriate documentation for audit request).

- validating issued invoices;
- checking out the correctness of commodities' prices and quantities;
- accounting of commodities purchase operations;
- accounting stock writings off and stock price revaluations for branch offices
