Department Head of Investment Administration Services - Middle Office

Leading a Department that works closely with Assett managers, Brokers, Custodians and Fund Accountants to support the confirmation and settlement of capital/money market transactions of asset managers & ensures that these enter appropriately into fund valuation. Supporting EMEA and North America region, with 100+ staff across 16 hours service window.

Manager of Money Movement, Correspondence and Interventions. (48 staff) Activities include: transfer agent funds clearing, customer service related to interventions and claims.

Managing of Centralized Account Maintenance Unit, which services over 40+ core general ledger and product applications for Western European Citigroup entities. (44 staff) Activities include: account opening and maintenance, product pricing structure maintenance, system static data maintenance, and electronic banking system entitlements.

Management Associate – Participating in a managerial program designed around four rotations throughout the bank’s departments.
· First half-year rotation in the Corporate Bank as a credit-analyst and MIS specialist. Evaluated company financials and performed market studies in order to assess credit worthiness of companies. Monitored revenue stream, conducted client segmentation, budget adjustment and bonus verification. Coordinated a project aimed at developing a Customer Relationship Management System for the Corporate Bank.
· Second half-year rotation in Global Transaction Services (GTS) in the Cash Business. Coordinated a project aimed at forming a strategic alliance with a foreign bank. Worked on introduction of new product to the bank offer, designing a promotion package of GTS products for the SME client segment, and developing a structure to service European Union funds flow in the bank.
· Third half-year rotation in the Operations and Technology Sector in the Branch Network Department. Coordinated the two biggest projects as part of the Poland Branch Rationalization Project. Organized and coordinated migration of processes from branches to Regional Processing Center.
· Fourth rotation seconded to Citibank NA London to Regional Operations and Technology Project Office. Participation in regional low-cost location process migration initiatives, including setup of new legal vehicles and monitoring of all critical migration streams. Coordination of implementation of new Loans Agency system through successful data conversion and sun-setting legacy systems, while ensuring robust functionality in the new platform.

Intern- Performed management information systems analysis for the Power Energy Mining Team in the Corporate Bank. Participated in the mid-year budget adjustment exercise. Helped in the Corporate Bank restructuring process and determining the Team portfolio. Analyzed the European energy sector with emphasis on the Polish accession to the EU Community and the associated outlook for the domestic power industry.

Intern- Designed management performance reports for the Corporate Banking relationship managers. Organized and participated in a networking program with key business influencers, such as accountants and lawyers, in order to enhance the flow of business leads and strengthen their relationship with Riyadh Bank. Designed and delivered training on Bank's key information systems to staff from Corporate Banking Group, Credit Policy and Internal Audit.
