-Confirm engineering drawings, list of materials, part information sheet, product outsource
-Confirm material billet size, calculate material requirements and order
-Once material arrive in stock, review Certificate of Conformance and Material Test reports to confirm compliance with part list
-Plan, estimate completion dates and follow up, ensuring all parts are in conformance and as per schedule
-Communicate with buyer, shop personnel on updates, inquiries and issues

-Contact with logistics and transport companies, solving the problems of polish people working in France
- Customer service, various administrative procedures (passports, documents certification, civil registration)
-Translations projects and writing of official speeches, preparation of cultural events

6 months’ project: Internal logistics flow reorganization
-Calculation of an actual daily consumption of manufacturing machines and delivery in terms of raw materials and packaging
-Development of a new supply and signal system
-Release a storage area
-Reorganization and standardization of work

-Providing effective communication and professional relation with customers, suppliers and co-workers
-Responding to queries and solving problems related to purchase orders
- Contacting clients and suppliers to solve overdue deliveries
-Maintaining high quality of reports while respecting KPI’s and SLA’s established by the customer
-Creation and follow-up the PO’s

-Management and update of base the articles in SAP
-Management of forecasts, authorization of production at all the customer’s sites
-inventory management
-Entering call-offs, support for complaints
