I'm heading up the Talent Acquisition organization for the EMEA region at CWT. Working with a team of 10 international Talent Acquisition consultants & sourcing specialists, we act as business partners to deliver on our internal clients' needs and create the bridge between talents and career journeys at CWT.

As Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA at CWT, I'm leading a team of 6 to deliver recruitment and employer branding activities in the region. As part of the Talent Acquisition CoE, we advise Hiring Managers to fulfill their recruitment needs, developing the relevant sourcing strategies, conducting the selection process and liaise with the relevant stakeholders to offer the highest level of service to our internal clients and to the business.

My role also involves the management & deployment of projects related to CWT's employer brand: "My journey. My CWT" as well as recruitment processes related projects.

I’m also responsible for developing partnerships with targeted schools in EMEA and for social media initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.
