FTK/ SAIPEM S.A. Poland- erection site of LNG Terminal Project (Poland Gazoport)
Consultancy mechanical construction activity in Saipem Quality Control Department.
Organizes and coordinates the assigned part of the job at erection site including HDPE pipelines. Verification of technical documentation regarding welding (PQR/ WPS) and Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
Raise non-conformances (NCR) in order to improve working methods at site.
Inspection on big package work, especially the large pieces of equipment covered both static and rotational equipment in particularly inspections of heaters, pumps, compressors, steel structures and Cryogenics piping, HDPE and GRP underground pipelines, and vessels.
The evaluation of the causes of quality failures and the implementation of corrective actions. Quality Control (QA/QC) during realization of assembly the LNG terminal and welding works at site.
Participation in supervision at erection site and necessary improvement implementation.
