- negotiation and defining quality acceptance criteria for the products with the customer,
- providing within the plant basis for objective and subjective acceptance criteria of the customer,
- insure that plant's quality requirements are in line with customer requirements,

- insure of matching customer quality requirements on products at SOP and in serial production,
