Key responsibilities of the team led by me:

QUALITY
- design and maintenance of control environment for processes provisioned to European customers through operations in Poland and India;
- compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act for processes provided to 14 biggest customers in 7 countries,
- ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance for the Shared Service Centre,
- standardization and optimization of the processes through continuous improvement initiatives; development of tools and methodology,
- participation in transition in order to assure compliance and control effectiveness of the “to be” processes.

SERVICE MANAGEMENT
- SLA negotiations and maintenance,
- KPI reporting over Centre’ s delivery,
- management of customers’ claims, resulting in process improvements.

CONTROLLING
- responsibility for the budgeting process in the Centre,
- cost monitoring,
- design and deployment of the controlling model in line with the organization,
- invoicing of the services provided by the Centre to its customers,
- delivering the key data and statistics for the corporate senior management, including those relating to transformation project (business case tracking, efficiency of the operations in Poland and India in comparison to other Regional Shared Service Centres in the Group).

LOCAL USER ADMINISTRATION
- managing the access of all SSC’s and subcontractor’s users (ca. 500) to various applications, belonging to the customers, including dozen or so ERP systems,
- compliance with the ITGC requirements,
- compliance with the Segregation of Duties principles.
