- Product Manager for Experian's flagship consumer product, CreditExpert.co.uk

- Currently delivering a complete redesign and overhaul of the product with the view to significantly improving user experience, increasing customer lifetime value/tenure and providing a product built on a modern, resilient and more reliable technology platform.

- This involves working with a large team of front-end developers based in Nottingham, UK, and engineers based in Costa Mesa, California, USA as well as a multiple stakeholders across the wider global, matrixed organisation.

Played a key role in the success of ArnoldClark.com – the UK’s number 1 dealer website (Experian Hitwise 2014) - alongside other web products in the group portfolio including aftersales (servicing, parts, aftercare). Arnold Clark won Automotive Management retailer of the year 3 years running and is Europe's largest independent car dealer with £1bn turnover.

- Product Management role working as product owner in an agile environment, working with in house UX designers and developers. Undertook wireframing, usability testing, metrics analysis, conversion optimisation, first/last touch attribution, A/B and multivariate testing, customer acquisition/lead gen. Devised the product roadmap.

- Introduced and evangelised a data driven conversion optimisation and A/B testing strategy using agile principles. Managed associated culture change.

- Devised and implemented the group wide inbound marketing and content marketing strategy (including creation of a new scalable content marketing platform, semantic information architecture/hub and spoke content model) which formed the basis of my award winning SEO strategy (Auto Trader Click Awards 2014 - SEO excellence). Evangelised the concept of targeted outreach and a data driven content strategy.

- Product Manager for Online Service Booking - 35% conversion rate from launch (qualified lead generation), utilising iterative A/B and multivariate testing program, leading to a 460% increase in bookings year-on-year.

- As part of the Newsroom product, SEO strategy, and Content Marketing Strategy which I devised, implemented and evangelised, a proof of concept article saw 32k unique visitors in a single day, leading to ArnoldClark.com's highest traffic day ever seeing 91k unique visitors overall - 110% up year-on-year.

- During December 2013 unbranded organic traffic was up over 350% year-on-year as a direct result of the iterative, data driven on site and off site SEO and content strategy which I devised and implemented.

- Founded PostDesk in 2011 whilst at university, developed the project in to a profitable company in to 2012 attracting extensive critical acclaim from technology and journalism communities in the UK.

- Managed a core team of 20 including UX designers, developers and editorial, delivering an MVP in 5 weeks which was populated with bespoke proof of concept content.

- Thereafter I managed this team and every aspect of the entire project (including local projects separate from the core/national team) - which involved heading up UX design, front and back end development, editorial, sales/lead generation, CRM, marketing, social media as well as administration, recruitment and legal aspects of the business.

- PostDesk quickly gained an excellent reputation as a trusted source of independent and in-depth news, analysis, discussion and debate - from a wide range of thought leaders and influential people primarily in the fields of technology, politics and culture.

- The platform became pivotal in connecting journalists, opinion leaders and trendsetters with high quality engaged audiences in an environment where discussion and debate could flourish without hindrance.

- Attracted in excess of 100,000 unique visitors per month to sections for key verticals including tech, gaming and culture. We leveraged this to form extensive commercial partnerships, media partnerships and high profile sponsorship targeted to a user base of over 10,000 monthly active registered users.
