- Responsible for the maintenance of internal services at a fixed level of accessibility in an international corporation (offices: Poland, Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain).
- Planning the work for subordinate employees. Work scheduling, prioritization, billing team with assigned tasks, supervision, motivation, monitoring and assessment of subordinate employees.
- Ensure compliance procedures and other internal and external rules regarding data protection and company security systems.
- Design and preparation of IT environment in internal and external projects.

- Supervision of the proper functioning of all company systems, ensuring proper access level security.
- Participation in internal systems implementation projects (designing and providing environments, integration).
- Participation in the development of IT systems at the corporate level.
- SLA negotiations, proper warranty and maintenance treatment, service agreements conditions fulfillments control with external vendors.

• Analysis of the business needs of clients (hardware specifications, network infrastructure projects)
• Building relationships with mid-level management teams and IT departments in customer organizations
• Proposals to build processes and solutions containing:
- outsourcing models, infrastructure projects, servers virtualization, etc.
