Technical part of work:
- Ensuring Wintel servers’ work continuity in diverse environment – over 700 machines running under control of Windows 2003 and 2008 Server (including cluster solutions)
- Participation in new software and hardware solutions as technical expert for OS
- Oncall support 24hx7

- Analyzing Customers needs,

- Managing and implementing projects based on Microsoft technologies:
• Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008
• Active Directory
• Hyper-V (R1 and R2)
• File Server (Microsoft Windows Cluster 2008, DFSN, DFSR, FSRM)
• MS SQL Server

My work was aimed at delivering successful solutions based on Microsoft technologies.

Projects:
- Project of AD’s Physical Structure extension
- Roadmap to update AD to Windows 2008
- Concept of failover file server

Work in international environment. My main duties were monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting and remote configuration on servers (more than 300 machines, with clusters), which were working under control of Windows 2003 Server and also MS SQL 2000, 2005 Server, IIS 6.0, and others

Projects:
- Alert Tuning: Analyzing alerts from over 300 servers to make better use of them and to decrease number of issues.

Work in international environment. My main duties were remote configuration and troubleshooting on servers located in North America. Servers were working under control of Windows 2000 and 2003 Server. There were over four hundred of this servers.

My duties were configuration and monitoring servers working under control of Windows 2000 and 2003 Server and other important network services (AD, Exchange 5,5, MS SQL 2000, IIS6.0 and so on).

My duties were taking care of:
- Servers working under control of Windows 2000 and 2003 Server
- Server services including: Active Directory, MS Exchange 2000, MS SQL 7.0, 2000, BrightStor ARC serve Backup 10.0, 11.0, Veritas Backup Exec 8.5, 9.0. and so on.
Additionally local and field users support.
