- responsible for all SW development (several departments) in the radio platform SW development (supporting GSM, WCDMA, LTE technologies),
- single point of contact for PO team from Platform SW side,
- assures proper and timely analysis, specification, design & implementation and integration & verification of Platform features,
- responsible of main SW trunk development,

- analysis of customer requirements in close cooperation with Solution Architects,
Solution Management, RD, Sales Management,
- Product Owner in Agile/Scrum methodology,
- handling support for customer projects in terms of product changes,

- customer presentations,
- plans, controls and leads product through its phases,
- Phase-out management.

The product is positioned in telecommunication market and is sold all over the World with net sales counted in tens of millions of Euro.

- Global and Regional sales support with regard to NSN c@o products,
- bid support, new solutions creation,
- feature screening for the new releases,
- support of release management in program realization (waterfall/incremental and Agile mode)

Verification Integration Project Manager

- dedicated to Tunisia, Sweden, Latvia customers,
- coordination of Project Verification and Integration team’s work (time, effort, test planning),
- onsite support for the customer,
- customer trainings and internal coaching,

Verification Project Leader

- dedicated to projects for Algeria and Tunisia customers,
- coordination of Project Verification team’s work,
- cooperation with other companies (e.g. Tecnomen, eServGlobal),
- product testing,

Project Integration specialist

- involved in customer projects:
Slovakia, Kuwait, Norway, France, Turkey, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, Jordan, Pakistan
- local company coworker: 10 months in Berlin, 4 months in Vienna,
- project integration support at customer sites (1-2 months):
· Alger - Algeria, Kiev - Ukraine, Paris - France, Berlin – Germany, Tunis – Tunisia,
Bratislava – Slovakia, Jakarta – Indonesia
- integration and tests of intelligent network nodes (Java or C++ applications on Unix servers) with
other mobile networks elements (MSC/HLR/VLR, SGSN, IVR, billing system via Corba or other online interfaces),
- member of the 24h on-call support team taking care of IN products around the world,
- presentation of the new solutions for the customer

Putting into practice new Alcatel’s switchboard, and taking care of telecommunication in all Wroclaw University of Technology halls of residence.
