Responsibilities: Daily support of the 8 globally based Learning Managers by the development and delivery of specific learning solutions - volume of 1200 learning sessions per year. Supporting the production of course materials and coordination of testing and implementation of new programmes. Partnering with the Learning Services teams to ensure that the logistics is in place to ensure a timely and high quality programme delivery and efficient use multi -million budget. Managing the learning demand, daily finance and budget activities and supporting the team with the setup of contracts and purchase orders for 30+ globally based external instructors. Using the data analytics and feedback tools and producing customized ad-hoc reports the ‘metrics that matter; system. The identification of trends and insights, collation of feedback from participants. Support ad hoc projects that arise with internal clients and external suppliers.
Achievements: In 2019 I created number of the internal marketing videos, learning promotion materials, and interactive learning materials. I've been supporting the launch of the new Ignite Early Careers programme dedicated to the new joiners -mainly graduates. By proactive operational activities I ensured the best use of $420.000,00 budget making sure bp achieves best possible ROI.
During 2018-2019 I was heavily involved in managing the FLL Supervisors programme, with this deploy we upskilled 3200+ bp managers across the world, working with dozens of local tags across all time zones, platforms, rigs, fields and off shore.
I co-lead onboarding a new the tool: Country Navigator, this tool is currently being offered to 1000 bp employees and used as part of our Diversity & Inclusion programme, it helps employees to learn and understand more about other cultures and nationalities. I was responsible for raising the Purchase Order, service negotiations, promoting the tool, setting up the user accounts, troubleshooting with the bp IT department. I had proactively resolved challenges around landing of Ariba system and issues on supplier end using right escalation channels and reaching relevant people with clear instruction. I received positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
