Advertising Category management – strategic end to end management of advertising category including sourcing, negotiations, supply base management, spend management (>50 M USD) , client relationship, innovative projects, constant improvements in performance, savings and business process
- Negotiations – negotiating supplier contracts to insure competitive pricing, business and legal conditions and overall achieve fair value for given price.
- Supplier Relationship Management - planning, managing and developing all interactions with EMEA suppliers to make sure contracts terms are followed by supplier. Looking for any new savings opportunities within existing or new engagements such as : cost avoidance initiatives, process improvements, supplier’s 3rd party negotiations
