Operations Manager CEE
Supervision of Regional Supply Chain and Plant Operations Activities for CHEP CEE:
Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Baltics and Slovenia
1. Set-up of logistics network for CHEP activities in the CEE countries;
2. Preparation of country logistics KPIs and consolidation on regional level, cost monitoring, payments approvals;
3. Responsible for preparation , monitoring of logistical and operational budgets ( in cooperation with Sales and Regional Finance) –yearly and monthly;
4. Strategic planning and contract negotiations - Logistics Providers and Forwarding Companies
5. Set up and implementation of CHEP IT Systems (SAP R3) in the module Plant Operations (warehousing) , Logistics ( transportation) and automated Costs accounting and KPIs generation;
6. Regional planning and forecasting for deliveries of CHEP equipment ( based on monthly and weekly demand planning and actuals)
7. Research, establishing of contacts and negotiations with potential equipment suppliers (producers) in CEE countries
8. Operational supervision of local CHEP Service Centers Network ( warehouses, deliveries , stock monitoring, transportation, maintenance and purchasing of equipment)
9. Introduction and supervision of local CHEP suppliers - producers of CHEP equipment, including price negotiations, payment approval. and purchase orders.
10. Coordination of international relocations - export and import flows between CEE countries (stock optimisation , monitoring)
11. Supervision, monitoring of activities, quality and costs in subcontracted Service Centers in CEE Region, quality audits.
12. Coordination of intercompany activities (e.g. CHEP Automotive in Poland). Supervision of the CHEP Automotive Plant in Poland (CHEP activities for car production industry)
13. Responsible for Quality ( customer complains) and HSE ( Health, Safety and Environmental) in the Subcontracted Service Centers, conduction of Safety Audits
14. Responsible for ERP System (SAP R3, mySAP) in Ops&Logs, transactions, booking accuracy, stocks - including financial data (approval of payments to 3-rd Parties, purchase order).
