1. Transport - on time with optimal cost
- providing complex service for stores & suppliers equipped in complete Control Tower with best planning tools, track & trace base on GPS monitoring
2. Logistics operations - multi-format multi-flow and multi-assortment to face cluster needs
- every day on time with high SL & 99,8% non-error preparation in partnership with logistic service providers in line with continuous improvement culture
3. Replenishment - to provide optimal service level
- centralized process with automatic orders and parameters defined per cluster/store to face cluster specification
4. Relations with suppliers - to match Carrefour Supply Chain with suppliers' capacity
- cost, service level & shelf availability monitoring with a focus on synergy with suppliers and, if necessary, involving dedicated resources to improve shortage and service levels, thus increasing sales;
5. Organization team
- supporting business evolution focused on projects, training, parameters, and objective audits.

Participation in restructuration of Carrefour transport and warehouse structure after the merge with Ahold/Albert Hein stores.
Main target to regionalise transport activity and outsource of transport and warehouse with 50 000sqm and 600 FTE. Project required extensive involvement in
− logistic audits &inventories,
− tender preparation including data collection, contracts & procedures preparation,
− complete tender between selected Carriers and Logistic Service Providers,
− management onboarding, start up and ramp up follow up
