Senior Project Manager
Participation in restructuration of Carrefour transport and warehouse structure after the merge with Ahold/Albert Hein stores.
Main target to regionalise transport activity and outsource of transport and warehouse with 50 000sqm and 600 FTE. Project required extensive involvement in
− logistic audits &inventories,
− tender preparation including data collection, contracts & procedures preparation,
− complete tender between selected Carriers and Logistic Service Providers,
− management onboarding, start up and ramp up follow up

- business and corporate software to measure and analyze key performance indicators in transport and warehouses
- modify assortment flows increasing integration rate on problematic assortment (fresh fish, poultry) improving transport parameters and warehouse efficiency
- implementing tools improving logistic data and flow quality allowing better understanding and management

Operational Controller in logistic department with focus on
- defining and implementing new reporting tools providing key logistic parameters
- proposing action plans to improve main KPIs optimizing transport and warehouse efficiency
- measuring and reporting KPIs and cost evolution with accordance to launched action plans
