Managed average AR of 15MM USD in 12 countries. Decreased past due rate from 12% to 3% in 3 years despite economic crises through appropriate customer segregation and engagement of customer service and sales departments. Negotiated sales terms and payment plans with key customers.

Financial inventory/ manufacturing cost accounting systems coordinator for EMEA region. Key knowledge support for Inventory and Cost Accounting team in Finance Service Center Asturias. Ensured accurate and on-time inventory financial reporting and proper financial disclosure of new manufacturing processes. New costing system (SAP) implemented for 5 business units and several legal entities. Over 30 trained inventory and plant accountants. Designed and applied SAP integrated, global value and quantity reconciliation tools.

Performed full range of legal entity transactional accounting (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Travel Expense Reports, Inventory, taxes (CIT, VAT, Transfer Prices), statutory and US GAAP/ year end reporting). Prepared budgets for main business unit and functions, accounts reconciliation (according to internal control and SOX requirements). Several accounting procedures written and implemented. Assigned Sun System administrator, member of SAP implementation team in CEE (including 3 months assignment in DuPont Czech Republic, Prague). Assigned to map, evaluate and integrate all financial processes for newly bought entities.
