Main responsibilities: Prepare and execute transition plan, supervise recruitment process, supervise team managers’ work and accountants’ work, contact with European entities, negotiation process scope (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash bank and treasury), review quality and accuracy of work, track and analyse project plan, project risk analysis.
Projects in countries: Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal , Italy, Norway, Germany; scope extention in Sweden, Denmark, Italy and Spain.
FTE transferred to Warsaw: more than 60.
