- Managing, modifying and loading packaging specifications into the EPIC system,
- Preparing Standard Operating Procedure documentation,
- Working closely with Engineers, Chemists, Scientists, Marketing and Supply Chain to provide
feedback regarding the creation or modification of specifications,
- Generating new codes for packaging products in SAP,
- Liaising with vendors.

- Supporting GSS EMEA Core Team in divisional product labeling of European product portfolio
aligned to the corporate identity and European legislation focused on CLP,
- Handling and co-operating with internal and external partners,
- Managing and monitoring agencies and printers including purchasing of agency services,
- Taking care of Databases, Artwork Database, Translation Pool and EPIC,
- Managing of received requests and creating the projects in EPIC.

- Responsible for coordinating financial activities and obtaining payments for import/export operations
- Preparing, administering and organizing merchandising, sales, other retail actions and principle regulatory modulations to encourage, support and advertise the commodities and services of the establishment
- Recognizing and reaching out to clients in businesses.

- inputting details into the system using ANSWER software,
- designing labels in BARTENDER software,
- contacting suppliers.

- Controlling products ready to go and sending them to suppliers,
- Returning components from production, inputting all details into the system and
updating information’s with ANSWER software,
- Checking and controlling delivery invoices with the actual state of the warehouse.
