Managing of “Infosys Quality framework” and “New Quality Approach” in Lodz organization, Risk-Assessment process, maintenance of ISO 9001- running internal audits with reference to ISO system, building ISO awareness among employees, implementation of ISO 27000, improvement project process recognition, organizing of self-assessment process.

Managing the knowledge within the team, daily supporting of accounting associates in operational issues.
Supporting Team Leader in managing the team.

Posting of financial documents on accounts payable side(Philips vendors as well as third vendors); preparing payment proposals to vendor suppliers of the customer; Inter Company Account reconciliation during an account period and during Month End Closing (preparing ICA reports for MEC); Participation in various projects carried out within AP department and aiming at increase of efficiency of each AP associate’s work.
