CE Facilities, IT & Employee Site Delivery Leader
Responsible for all offices in Central Europe in terms of all Facilities/Real Estate, IT and local projects deployment. Support for CE Plants and Distribution Center Leaders in terms of IT project deployment.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure that the services are processed professionally, on time, per established standards and in compliance with policies
- Create and align the Facilities/Real Estate and Employee Delivery (IT and Projects) Site Integrated Master Plan with Site Leadership
- Escalation point for all Facilities and IT matters at the site. Leads crisis management and escalations related activities.
- Owns Employee Experience (KPI) for CE Sites and ongoing improvement process
- Owns IT Capital & Expense budget for the site. Accountable for savings targets and forecast accuracy (+/- 2%)
- As a person, close to the point of service delivery provided by the vendors (JLL, DXC etc.), participates and supports regional governance in Supplier Performance Management process
- Responsible for all in-scope audits and CSAs and broader stewardship topic
- Accountable for IT Continuity Plan and Facilities BCP for the site
- Facility Security Owner (FSO)
- Gatekeeper local delivery of regional/global projects - provide roadmap input, full kit requirements, commercialize

Responsible for delivering SNO readiness for all SIMPL and non-SIMPL projects, including planning and execution leadership and project management.
