 Overall management of tenders related with UE food-aid program in France:
- preparation of offers for tenders,
- if awarded tender – compliance with documentary requirements, translation of documents if needed
- arranging schedule of deliveries with about 200 depots in France,
- arranging collections from Ireland, Germany, Poland, Spain, France and Italy
- liaise with suppliers in relation to production and loading planning
- cooperation with hauliers - preparing itineraries for drivers, manifests, CMR’s
- releasing merchandise inline with schedule
- record of transport and approval of invoices
- preparation and approval of paperwork for French Department of Agriculture due to receive payments,
- stock reconciliation,
- liaising with food quality laboratories,
- making payments for suppliers,
- full compilation of bank and cash guarantee situation and timely release of guarantees
- preparing a profit and loss sheet when tender is finished
 Arranging domestic and international transport (cooperation with haulage companies, depots and customers, releasing merchandise)
 Arranging documents from suppliers for containers imported from South America, liaising with agents and a cold stores, applying for import license in Irish Dept. of Agriculture
 Issuing invoices, CMR’s, creating sales and purchase reports, statements, weekly stock reconciliation of approx 150 items, suppliers’ statements reconciliation, issuing cheques for suppliers
 Arranging and keeping track of bank and cash securities
 debtors follow up
 Dealing with customer’s claims, returns, price queries etc.
 VIES and Intrastate returns - reports for Revenue, B1 return for Companies Registration Office
 Bank reconciliations
 Vat returns
 Recruiting Assistants
