International Project Manager
Managing and coordinating the international work and projects of Consus Group companies and staff, which are located abroad (EU, Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe) and in Poland. Managing projects related to the core activities of the Group, responsibility for business development and:
• International Project Management (PRINCE2).
• Managing and leading a team of people.
• Coordinating the activities of foreign companies.
• Creating marketing strategies and promoting company services abroad.
• Launching new lines of business.
• Coordinating international trade abroad.
• Cooperation with embassies, ministries, authorities in Poland and abroad.
• Obtaining international funding from the European Union and other international organizations.
• Building relationships with international financial organisations and UN.
• Strategic Planning.
• Searching the management of foreign firms.
• Organisation of conferences and seminars.

Dealing with all sale, marketing and projects issues connected with Consus Group (for 9 companies in Poland, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Romania, France, Ghana, Togo):
• Creating advertising materials, sales kit, presentations, business offers, support of web pages etc.
• Responsibility for sales, marketing and projects for Eastern European and Asian countries (Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan). Dealing with high level government Ministries.
• Support for sales process for the whole Consus Group (in Poland and the EU).
• Responsibility for communication and cooperation with PR and Advertising agencies.
