Leading an operational team of 8-10 team members (including: supervisors, financial reporting specialists, financial reporting analysts and interns) and a project team of 7 coordinators focusing on BBH – external vendor relationship.

Performance review of the team members: goal setting, performance evaluation, feedback discussions, coaching. Preparation of probation review feedbacks and internship reviews.

Active participation in recruitment process of candidates: for financial reporting department, BBH centralized internship and graduate programmes.

Dealing with auditors' queries and requests related to the financial statements.

Team coaching & support, preparation of performance reviews of the team members.

Participation in ad hoc projects.

Business processes analysis. Identification of process' stakeholders, workflows and wastes. Preparation of new process maps to streamline and simplify current workflows.

Monthly preparation and controlling of consolidated financial reports.
Ad hoc improvement projects.

Daily cash and portfolio reconciliation and pricing of hedge funds admninistered by UBS.
Quality review of cash and portfolio reconciliation reports prepared by junior team members.
