Since Dec 2013 I am working in Arvato Bertelsmann Polska as Junior Collection Analyst for Google Company. The field I am dealing with is Collection B2B accounts receivable balances, using e-mails and telephone calls, from high risk customers to low risk customers. I am dealing exclusively with big ledger of accounts, strongly focusing on designing and implementing tailor made solutions for top accounts. Close relationship with customers' Accounts Payables and sales enable me to have a highl level overwiev on financial condistions of a comapany. My daily duties embrace payment allocations, accounts reconciliation, managing unapplied cash, requesting remittance advices, building strong ties with customers, preparing predictive reports.

From Sep 2012 till October 2013 I was Junior Credit Controller for the Collection team in Capita Symonds. I was responsible for :monitoring tenant arrears,managing and assigning tenant queries,
updating relevant databases, categorising and analysing debt,ensuring call targets are met and preparing various reports,solving cash application queries.

From Feb 2012 to Sep 2012 I was working as Process Assistant for Capita Translation and Interpreting. It was a project for MOJ in UK. I was responsable for making calls and setting up meetings at the court or police station with interpretors. Moreover, I was dealing with advisory activities within bookings and payments areas, ensuring that a thorough audit trail is completed for all assignments, accurately enter and maintain database records.
