1.Plan, analyze and execute MRP activities and communication with
Factory's Production Planning (including escalation process with EU
DIM procurement):
a. Execute the consolidation of monthly volume forecast per
vendors and provide them EU DIM Procurement, Semi Finished components
& Leaf;
b. Execute optimal FG production re-scheduling/ BOM changes (for
alternative material) to ensure DIM material, Semis & Leaf
availability;
c. Handle call-off order placement based on factory storage
place; production plans & MRP Settings;
d. Closely follow-up call-off order acknowledgment from vendors;
e. Execute call-off order placement based production plans
variation [exception reports];
f. Perform and support the resolution of escalations as per the
escalation process (incl. timely communication of missing materials);
g. Execute call-off order placement for non production related
materials based on EU procurement terms & conditions and factory
requisitions;
h. Follow-up call-off status & resolve transactional related
issues;
2.Maintain DIM, Semis & Leaf inventory levels and minimize LOGD,
stock without requirements and aged products;:
a. Execute quarterly DIM & leaf inventory report including DOI;
b. Execute quarterly DIM & leaf factory potential LOGD report
[i.e. exceed stock or inventory with no demand and obsolete
materials];
c. Closely follow-up & execute future material-phase-outs;
d. Address missing LOGD approvals to stakeholders;
e. Perform activities for BUBD ageing stock management.
3. Maintain and measure vendor performance in terms of OTIF and
response to rush orders:
.a. Measure vendor performance for On-Time / In-full (OTIF)
deliveries;
b. Measure vendor performance in terms of response to rush orders
(i.e. measure number of deliveries below lead time per vendors);
c. Execute quarterly DIM, Semis and Leaf vendors scorecards
5. Execute regular maintenance of SAP material master data (MRP Views)
for DIM, Semis and Leaf:
a. Execute the new item creation: Input SAP MRP settings based on
EU DIM, Semis and Leaf inputs [i.e. MRP-profile, safety time, lot
size, SPK, MRP controller, Rounding Value, Min. Order Quantity,…];
b. Support/execute to the adjustment of MRP settings based on
demand and EU DIM/leaf settings;
c. Maintain follow-up items & Plant Specific Material Status
linked to end-of-life cycle.
6. Propose improvements covering system [SAP] and process [MRP]:
a. Propose process & system simplification opportunities;
b. Drive execution of proposals.

• Drive supply chain negotiations
• Align terms and conditions in supply chain agreements between customer/Delphi and Delphi/supplier.
• Negotiate terms and support Lean Ordering process implementation
• Drive logistics cost calculations
• Support packaging and shipping standards implementation
• Lead various project implementations between plants, suppliers and freight forwarders
• Work with Single Point Buyers and Category Managers to identify localization opportunities and lead/support supplier negotiations.
