Implementation and configuration of AssignmentPRO (global expat tracking solution and strategic business tool with capabilities including: expatriate tracking, compensation management and balance sheet calculations, Payroll reporting and Assignment cost estimates) for clients in multiple industries (including: pharma, oil and gas, telecom, chemical, insurance); translation of clients’ global mobility policies into calculation logic; leading role in creation and delivery of company’s Global Mobility data flat files to dozens of clients worldwide; coordinating flat files creation with database and development teams; converting flat files data format to match other HRIS platforms; setting up system’s reporting (SQL) and development of VBA tools and report enhancements for the team

Key responsibilities: Participation in delivery of multiple surveys per year; adhering to time
constraints and standards established in the line of business; coordination of number
of projects; supervision over less experienced analysts and providing them with training.
