Key Responsibilities:
- Providing hotel accommodation and transportation for the American airline clients mainly for Corporate travellers worldwide
- Developing daily and weekly reports about operational progress
- Supervising consultants and creating daily assignments in order to run a shift and to effectively organise their time
- Resolving issues, handling complaints and creating reports on a daily basis
- Managing projects on tight deadlines (making sure the SLA is met to maintain good relationships with the airlines)
- Developing and implementing new standard operating procedures
- Co-operating with Account Management and sourcing departments to meet and exceed client demand

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing hotel accommodation and transportation for various international airlines clients (such as: EasyJet, Spirit Airlines, Republic Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Japan Airlines, etc.) for Cabin Crew Members, Corporate Travelers and Distressed Passengers in over 100 markets in the EMEA region
- Organising events for the airlines managers
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email both to the client and hotel partners
