Purchasing Specialist / Travel Relationship Manager Central Europe
- Lead or contribute to the development of sub regional/country/global supply management and development by participating in regional/global commodity team projects based on customer requirements, spend and benchmark information of the specific supply market.
- Optimise supply base on responsible sites and work towards total cost of ownership; develop supplier partnership at local/national level
- Manage supplier relations (including supplier evaluation and supplier performance rating for the assigned commodities), problem solving (delivery) and improvement actions at regional level.
- Execute procurement procedures (tendering, bidding generation and reviewing process) performs negotiating and contracting on local level, when not covered with regional/global contract; and responsible for quality, logistics and costs including monitor of supplier’s performance.
- Provide operational sourcing solutions to users on sites including - contract implementation, customer support and close Customer Relations Management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction towards internal demand side by acting as a focal point on site for relevant commodities to establish customer requirements and providing regular reports to customers that bring visibility on commodity level on compliance and savings.
- Analyse appropriate travel data required to assess the effectiveness of the travel policy and provide recommendations for revisions.
