First & Business Class - Customer Experience /Flight Attendant
* Providing outstanding 5 star customer service, which exceeds the passenger`s expectations.
* Performing with calmness and professional manners in stressful and challenging working environment as a part of multicultural team (110 different nationalities).
* Contributing to the improvement of the provided services by writing feedback to Customer Experience department.
* Enthusiastically supporting, working as a team with others colleagues and guiding/ assisting the economy class teammates.
* Maintaining Qatar Airways high level of safety standards on-board the aircraft for the safety of passengers and employees.
