Responsibility for all products related consultations and cases (Durex, Sagrotan (Dettol), Finish/Calgonit, Vanish, Scholl, Veet, Optrex, Kukident):
* answering on general questions and all safety informations for proper product usage or even phone assistance during the usage,
* managing sampling requests or products exchange when necessary,
* solving client’s problems and complains via e-mail and/or phone
* reporting (for statistics) all the claims cases (incl. damage/problem descriptions/photos)
* creating a pharmacovigilance protocol for medical products and cosmetics
* creation of compensation deals

* Customer Service: solving client’s problems (including rate reviews, contracts cancelations, etc.)
* responsibility to keep the value of my Clients’ portfolio growing year over year
* searching for new business opportunities for Elavon’s existing Clients (selling new products)
* contracts management (negotiations with Clients, documentation preparations, conditions updates and data control in operational system)
* preparing internal trainings for the German Team (in German language) about standards
of work

# Contacting German and Austria PSA Banque clients to remind them about their non-payed or missing credit rates for leasing and other car credits for Peugeot and Citroen brands
# In complex situations – finding best solutions to help them to pay their rates

Customer Service Champion duties:
# close cooperation with clients of the C&A Bank:
· solving client’s problems (such as: rates payments terms, change of deadlines of payments, etc.)
· reacting on their wishes/needs, helping them to understand their possibilities
· calling for outbound lists (for ex.: chasing clients that didn’t pay the rates for the credits in termin; reminding them about deadlines for final approvements & needed documents to get the credit)
· approving the credits applications (in cooperation with Düsseldorf)
# offering them the special credit insurances (AXA & Cardiff)
# co-responsibility in Early Collections (ECO) area:
· preparing the daily calling lists
· settlement of call agents graphs & split of daily responsibilities
· support for agents if they need any help at their work

Call Agent main duties:
# preparing the credit contracts for the clients of the C&A Bank
# control of all documents & applications details necessary to finalize the credit requests processes

Experience from 5 main, different, german/english speaking projects:
# setting appointments with big, multinational companies in Germany for our Client to give them a possibility to present their profile of skills and experiences of business support (Intrum Justitia) or outsourcing Human Resources projects, education & consulting (Team Force)
# financial/incaso projects: execution of debts, by contacting with people and showing them their possibilities (Swiss)
# selling books and newspapers prenumeration for the specific, targeted group (lawyers in Germany)
# involvement in seasonal projects, like researches of price points of wheels in chosen country stores, for our Client (Euromaster, Germany)

* organise & plan special events
* catering for outdoor events
* HACCP control of food

* preparation of meals (up to 600 warm meals were served in the canteen every day, most prepared fresh on site)
* receipt and control of goods

* responsible for staff and the planning of assignments, in case of absence of the canteen director

* production of the car seat belts
* responsable for the final quality controls of the seat belts
