Led maintainance and enhancements of the Sabre Exclusives and Merchant Model Hotel applications, including stability improvements to a third-party Edifact handler; ensuring stability and high quality of the ongoing operations.

Piloted process improvements for the MTS development group – reorganized the environments and promotion rules, championed the introduction of a coding standard and a continuous integration environment, including regression and database-bound unit tests.

Refined private fares support further, providing user support tools for data troubleshooting and verification.
Implemented and further improved Stadaf processing in a replatformed Res 3.0 application specifically focusing on:
*plentiful option search and rule validation,
* removal of thread-unsafe dependencies,
* Improvements to Stadaf 1.1 routing parser, introducing a regression test mechanism.
* led analysis of the stadaf interpretation, working with third party consultant and taking part in a Stadaf committee meeting.

Nov 2002 - Improved stability of a C++ MATIP gateway application by removing memory leaks and building in online diagnostic capabilities, enabling constant monitoring and troubleshooting in a live application.
