Responsible for the marketing department of online store - www.oleole.pl (one of the largest electronic goods retailer on Polish market). Including business and marketing planning and holding full ownership of marketing budget. The role consisting of employee management and leadership. Being resposible for all marketing channels i.e. SEM, SEO, Affiliates, Email, Social Media and others. Producing ideas and running marketing campaigns for the largest electronic goods producers/suppliers (i.e. Samsung, Bosch, Amica, Liebherr etc). Also, helping to promote particular products/ranges.Actively managing the website front end (including UX) and merchandising over 10 000 products. Furthermore, in charge of projects, services and ideas improving the brand competiveness.

Successes:

• Structured and employed the whole department. Brought to the business a couple of talents
• Significantly improved cost of sale
• Being in charge, or being involved in a couple of projects improving brand effectivenes and brand
proposition (for example new sales channel, delivery proposition etc)
• Planned and implemented content marketing strategy for the brand/ website, ahead of the
market (including launching a blog - www.blog.oleole.pl)
• Coordinated or/and being in charge of two highly successful multichannel marketing campaign
consisting of the Internet activities, radio, TV, outdoor (billboards, underground videos, bus
posters etc). Also, helping to record and sign off a TV advertisement (http://tiny.pl/q3f8r).

• Assisted other teams in developing Pricing Tool- internal file helping commercial teams to react to the market quicker as well as to make better commercial decisions; saving over £100k
• Supported the development of Ebay stores for Kitchen Science (KitchenScience-Direct) and Laskys (Laskys-Direct); generating 16% sales increase
• Launched social media accounts for KitchenSciece
