Responsible for:
1. Commodity management for globally known company
2. 24/7 contact with all customers globally (China, India, US, Finland, South Korea) in mail and by phone to handle their needs timely on a complete and effective way
3. Provide day-to-day support within agreed scope within end-to-end multi process activities related to servicing clients
4. Negotiating with suppliers, providing feedback
5. Providing possible best alternative solutions in case original request can’t be fulfilled
6. Proposing and initiating improvement changes and solutions
7. Train new hires and supporting less experienced employees

2. Production process supervision in terms of daily shopfloor auditing, providing feedback to quality department, making inspections of materials, and documentation.
3. Providing day-to-day support within agreed scope within end-to-end multi process transactional activities related to servicing clients’ requests according to any instructions provided
4. Proposing and initiating improvement changes and solutions
5. Following the agreed change management process and implementing the changes to the process documentation, also applying the new rules in daily work
6. Quality control and auditing. Taking care over preparation of plant for inspections
7. ISO auditing – preparation of factory for ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 certification, cooperation with certification body, maintaining certified system, implementation of corrective and preventive actions
8. Supervising and following up of internal processes in order to reach commitments
9. Escalating problems issues within install base of customers and named accounts
10. Hosting of weekly face-to-face meetings with supplier's senior management team, providing feedbacks about next weeks’ expectations and possibilities
