- Leader of interdisciplinary team, managing and solving of internal quality issues coming from production lines, raising quality alerts,
- Raising and supervision over sorting actions and quality walls – external & internal,
- Supervision over sorting companies: preparing control instructions, improving efficiency of control, trainings for operators, daily review of control process at internal quality walls, headcount reduction,
- APQP for new programs, pre-serial production supervision,
- Preparing PPAP for new launches, engineering changes etc., acc. to PPAP manual IATF,
- Creating and supervision over quality and process documentation, such us: FMEA, process flow, control plans, control instructions, control records,
- Transfer of production line (welding, assembly) between different Lear locations,
- Introduction of SPC cards for different processes,
- Conducting process (VDA 6.3, LPA) and product audits,
- Leading of corrective action plans after Customer visits / audits, complains etc,
- Daily cooperation with D&D Dept. regarding problem solving and product improvement,
- Analysis of measurement results and programs of 3D machine (CMM),
weld macrography tests, strengths (static) tests,
- Managing and development of quality technicians team (assigned to different programs).
