Customer Planning & Activation Specialist
• Direct responsibility for On Trade, Off Trade (Traditional Trade), Wholesale channel support for all brands
• Developing, executing, and evaluating trade programs, trade activities, merchandising standards based on Eastern Europe HUB Integrated Activity Plan
• Preparing timely communication to Sales on promotional activities, new programs, launches and other relevant information
• Collecting requirements, developing and timely producing POSM and controlling over effective usage
• Responsibility for planning and managing channel budget
• Close cooperation with all Eastern Europe HUB Customer Marketing department with head office in Moscow
• Cooperation with multiple internal departments (Consumer marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal Consul, Category management) and external clients (agencies, suppliers, producers)
• Regularly market visits to ensure effective program execution, monitoring of competitors activities and to create competitive advantage In the market place
