Responsible for the overall management of assigned projects throughout the full project life cycle to ensure the requirements on budget, time and quality are being met.
As the company is based on the project organization my responsibilities also include vast part of team management issues starting from resource needs planning for the whole life cycle of the project & recruitment, through effective team allocation, leading & motivating and ending on controlling & personnel evaluation.

Full responsibility for setting-up and day-2-day operations of the EMCC Software Ltd. office in Poland including meeting the legal requirements, employment targets, effective allocation planning of both human and technical resources, organizing, controlling, motivating and evaluating the personnel. Project Management within the Symbian based products family.

Effective allocation planning of both human and technical resources; Employment planning and taking part in the recruitment process; Organizing, controlling, motivating and evaluating the department numbering up to 30 employees involved in the cooperation with Orange UK as well as WCDMA RAN knowledge transfer from ERICSSON AB in Kista Sweden and LM ERICSSON in Dublin Ireland.

Project management within ERICSSON’s Simulation Products & Solutions organizational structures; Taking part during negotiations with the client; Full responsibility for planning of products and documentation development and deliveries as well as leading, motivating and controlling the TSS Discovery, TSS Concordia and TSS 2GSim development project teams located in Sweden and Poland.

Project management within ERICSSON’s GSM RAN Development organizational structures; Full responsibility for planning of products and documentation development and deliveries as well as leading, motivating and controlling the BSC R10, R11, R12, 06A/B project teams of up to 50 software engineers located in Poland.
