Key responsibilities:
Providing pre-sales and technical support to sales team by translating business requirements into technology specifications and network design solutions.
Involved in responding to RFQ, tenders and reviewing HLD documentation.
Performing pre-sales proof-of-concept tests.
International traveling to provide initial hardware installation, solution validation, on site support, training.
Building relationship with the client to expand an existing or build new opportunities.
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and plan appropriate tasks to meet milestones and deadlines.
Project management and acting as technical point of contact to multiple customers.
Responsible for project concept, scoping, design through testing and implementation.
Working closely with development team on product and features development. Design, support and troubleshooting of: 3G/4G, DMVPN, EoGRE, L2TPv3, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, IPSec ikev1, ikev2 with PSK, PKI on cisco equipment and on Linux OpenWrt.
Design, administration of test scenarios in Test Network.
Member of on-call support team.
Ensuring that all technical documentation is build and up to date.

Loging, reporting and troubleshooting network related issues
Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support to Virtual Access customers.
Providing technical assistance with deploying new projects.
Recommending network modifications to configurations
Member of on-call support team.
Writing technical documentation to Virtual Access solutions

Creating complex network scenarios, executing test cases,
Investigating and logging of software issues. Generating test reports
Working closely with software developers to resolve all software defects.
