SAP CLM System Support Specialist
- Performing support for SAP CLM by responding to support desk tickets, tracking problems/issues, and following up with power users (2nd / 3rd line support)
- Monitoring and resolving system health and longevity issues, whenever they occur
- Supporting the application lifecycle and operational stability through professional execution of IT support processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge Management)
- Gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements. Translate needs of the business, such as those expressed in Change Requests, into applicable system design solutions
- Supporting DocuSign Integration and Approval Workflows
- Creating test scripts and performing smoke, regression and non-regression testing for SAP CLM within new enhancements or releases
- Coordinate system upgrades between involved teams
- Supporting Data Migration within new sites releases
- Working with Oracle Developers to effectively understand the business enhancements and to define the scope of requested changes in order to align SAP CLM and Data Migration enhancements
- Coordinating testing resources including: estimating testing schedules, reporting on defects and testing progress

- Supporting business within User Acceptance Testing
- Supporting other Team members within daily operations (e.g. incident analysis, building SQL queries)
