Responsibilities (as a Recruitment Specialist):
· labour market analysis for recruitment processes
· conducting recruitment processes of IT specialists (permanent placement and contract positions) using Direct Search methods
· conducting recruitment interview (face to face or telephone/Skype interview)
· negotiations conditions employment with the candidates
· signing and clarifying contracts with employees
· onboarding
· building and maintaining positive relations with candidates and professional care throughout the recruitment process
· conducting a survey after one month with employees
· cooperation with other departments
· entering data into CRM database
· collecting and adding job offers (replacement)
· participation in IT events (Infomeet, Code Europe, meetnightIT etc.)
As a Technical Recruitment Partner:
· cooperation with technical verifiers: problem solving in cooperation between recruiters and technical verifiers; organizing technical tandems to exchange their knowledge and experience; discussion with technical verifiers about formal aspects of technical verification.
