• Work with leadership to understand the business environment and to determine, develope and execute solutions to address work priorities. Provide input to resolve supply/demand issues and resource planning activities.
• Responsible for 350-700 employees (IT, Marketing, Finance, Corporate Functions). Serve as a connection between business & HR, providing coaching and advisory services to line managers and employees to optimize the employee experience.
• Serve employees throughout the HR life cycle (from start through departure).
• Enable execution of processes such as: on-boarding, integration, performance management, recognition, discipline, mobility, immigration, leave management, absenteeism management, exit management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement.
• Coach line managers in people-matters, goal settings, career planning and development.
• Drive & administrate annual performance management “rate and compare” process (end-to-end).
• Serve as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed.
• Handle employee discipline and grievances, implementing Performance Improvement Plans.
• Educate and advise on Polish Labour Code and internal regulations.
• Manage absences and return to work.
• Implement & execute competency assessment, succession planning, job descriptions programs.
• Research attrition/retention, analyze trends thorough headcount and exit data and recommend appropriate course of action.
• Conduct trainings for leaders and team members.
• Work closely with recruitment to ensure prompt staffing aligned with business objectives and consistency with rewards system.
• Coordinate training initiatives for personnel in the workforce.
• Regular Payroll related duties. Support reward and recognition program administration.

* Independently conduct recruitment projects for permanent medium and top level positions in international companies (in Poland and CEE),
* Prepare job descriptions according to client’s briefs,

* Review applications, conduct interviews with chosen candidates and short-list candidates,
* Perform reference checks,
* Prepare reports (in English and Polish) for clients and managers,

* Build relationships with candidates,
* Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews between candidates and hiring managers,
* Prepare necessary documentation regarding recruitment process (CVs, headhunting lists, database updates, timesheets, reports), Database maintenance,
* Prepare offers and contracts both in Polish and English language, translations.
* Conduct Outplacement projects,
* Conduct other HR projects, i.e.: on analysis of the recruitment needs and feasibility of the project.

• Prepare offers and contracts both in Polish and English language, translations.
• Write articles concerning various HR issues (for magazines: BANK, Poland Monthly, Eurobuild), update company’s website, represent company at Business Mixers and other events.
