- Leader of CTSM Community for Poland - end-to-end responsibility for total project portfolio with all P&G Customers (National Accounts – f.e. Tesco, Metro, Carrefour, Rewe, Casino) in Poland.
- Responsible for establishing successful on-boarding and coaching process for new CTSM’s within CEEMEA region and their appropriate progress on the role development.

IT Systems Manager in Customer Business Development organisation in Poland. Main role scope:

- Working as a part of Multi Functional Team with biggest Retailers in Poland (Tesco, Carrefour, Auchan, Real, Metro .. ) – I was responsible for Customer facing and I was involved into various projects with Customers.
- Enabling Business to make right decisions - by providing Business Analysis.
- Involved and leading part of design and implementation of new data platform (SQL) for Customer Teams.
- Project Manager for Trade Fund Optimization (Siebel/Oracle CRM application) – end-to-end responsibility for project implementation in Poland.
- Vendor Manage Inventory – responsible for implementing tool for automated replenishment in Customers Distribution Center.
- Corporate Product Databases – responsible for migration between two corporate databases in Poland. Full Product Life Cycle implemented base on SAP R/3 databases.
