Technical Trainer / Senior Technical Support Engineer
Designing, organizing and presenting training, and coaching new colleagues. Providing technical support to customers through email, telephone through English, German, Spanish and occasionally Portuguese on AC and DC UPS systems, Cooling Systems and other Schneider Electric equipment, Safety Training for new staff, liaison between customer and platform engineering on quality issues, proof reading of manuals and translation of technical documents. Other duties involve regular customer site visits, working with R&D on compliance issues for new products for the European market and drawing up documentation on problem solving.

Setting up New Service Centre
Recruitment and organizing training for our customer facing support team to ensure that they were able to support the customers in a professional and timely manner. Travel to Dubai and working with participants with different technical backgrounds.
Delivering an extensive technical session that required two weeks to complete and follow up training in order to ensure an in depth knowledge of the products, processes and systems that are used worldwide by our support teams.

Designed AC controls to switch off or reduce power consumption for weekend and nights in hospital.
