• Kick off meeting and all initial discussion with Operators,
• Creation and maintaining of a Confluence page with status and contact details for Operators,
• Gathering specific requirements and access data from Operators & passing it through to Developers team,
• Preparing, delivering and maintaining (with Integration Support Team) starting pack for Operators (technical documentation, contact details, etc),
• Managing the integration – making sure no blockers are active, all risks were evaluated and discussed,
• Managing the integration – managing the communication with customers in timely manner,
• Closing integration – preparing a summary of integrations and passing it to the Integration Support Team for maintenance,
• Maintaining a confluence page with all integrations and brands we’re integrated with.

• Track and follow up on bugs and issues with our third party developers
• Maintain and improve the processes and tools used in daily communications with customers
• Being the first and the second line of support for Operators and Business
• Implementing procedures related with Integrations
• Game releases and Backend releases
• Providing support to business partners in new and pending integrations
• Sharing knowledge across all Company's departments involved
• Make sure the new changes are not impacting with the integration with operators
including: BackOffice features (BOOST, Prepaids, Tournaments, Cash Race, Missions)
• Making sure the special requirements for the Operators
• Make sure the status page - of the operator is updated and with all information.
