● Continuous improvements and optimization of the reports and the processes which lead to cost saving – 2 FTE (50k CHF)
● Coordinating migration of reports from PL to the newly created BSC in India

● Continuous improvements and optimization of the reports and the processes which led to cost saving – 1,5 FTE (38k CHF)
● Leading Global Core Cycle Upload & Download process – 24/5 support to entire UBS (US, EMEA, APAC), setting up the entire process, coordinating team up to 20 data analysts
2. Client facing role as a SME – in particular for Cross Divisional team (Talent, Recruitment, Learning)
Tools: BO, Excel, VBA, OTBI, Fusion (HRi), BrassRing and LMS
● Continuous improvements and optimization of the reports and the processes which led to cost saving – 1,5 FTE (38k CHF)
● Leading Global Core Cycle Upload & Download process – 24/5 support to entire UBS (US, EMEA, APAC), setting up the entire process, coordinating team up to 20 data analysts
Payroll Analyst - Data Lead (Data Analyst)
> Data collection, load & validation of all payroll related items for 4 countries: DE, IT, PT & ES;
> In control of all required inputs in SAP HR for payroll processing;
Actions: HRMS to SAP HR via G2 interface, ESPP, Recurring & Non-Recurring Payments, Car Allowances & Lease Plan, Referral Awards, Meal Vouchers, PLI Bonuses, Commissions, OnCalls, Salaries;
Beyond projects:
● Optimization of the processes leading to speeding up the processes by 1/5;
● Together with Payroll Manger ensuring correctness of the paid salaries;
> In control of all required inputs in SAP HR for payroll processing;

> Vocal point of contact for HQ Denmark;

● Complete rebuild of the OM structure for entire organization;
● Delivering Excel & OM trainings for HR team;
● Delivering Data submission for Towers Watson;
> Creating KPI reports & analysis of HR teams;
> Solely responsible for sustaining OM structure in SAP;
> Processing PA, OM & C&B (Payroll) actions in SAP;
> LMA Superuser;
