Quality mission definition and realisation.
Group solving problems, continuous improvement process, audit.
I managed also professionals trainings for teams (more than 1000 people trained) .
Responsible also for cooperation and contact with China suppliers ( 3 the biggest Word’s producers in China). Quality audits in China on place on production area. Suppliers management .
Responsible for developing another markets in Europe – France, Germany, Belgium, UK, Slovak, Czech.
Cooperation with business owner and investors.

Social activity – association ”Mieszkanicznik”
Responsible for more than 1600 people , 20 leaders in international organisation.
Done several convention for 500 people, meetings, workshop , people managements, group solving problem, leaders management..
Strategy developing, targets and achieving goal in international organisation.
