Responsibilities: Develop effective Group & Events complex sales and planning structure for two properties to drive substantial revenues across the total meeting area of 2 344 m2 (22 meeting rooms) plus outside catering revenues. Achieve high meeting guest satisfaction. Maximize group, banquet and outside catering revenues, increase group ADR and achieve budgeted Revpar penetration within the assigned segments.

Achievements & awards: Exceeded budgeted revenues in 2008 (prior world economic crisis). Significantly increased group AHR by over 10%. Created and successfully implemented SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) that helped to improve guest satisfaction score (both hotels in top 5 in EAME area!)

Achievements & awards: Achieved market share and budgeted revenues (first time ever!) - performed best occupancy among top 5 star properties in Moscow for January 2003 (62%) and 3rd in yield ($107), best 2003 February ever (59 %) and best May ever (63 %). First ever, met budgeted figures in terms of occupancy (50,4 %) for the year 2002. Year to date results for 2003 were 8 % higher than budgeted: over $ 100 000 in rooms revenue above budget and over $ 300 000 above last year; 55 % in room occupancy vs. budget 49 % and last year 40 %.
